Custom SVG symbol made in SVG is being clipped

Question

I'm trying to import an SVG symbol that I made using Inkscape. The symbol is really simple (just an half-circle). The problem is, when imported, yEd is clipping it.

This is the custom symbol.

Which version of yEd and Java are you using? Which operating system are you running yEd on?

yEd 3.12.2 (the latest release at this writing) with Java 1.7.0_17 and 1.8.0_05 on Linux (Kubuntu 12.04) handles your SVG document just fine:

I'm using yEd3.12.2 with Java 1.7.0_55 on Ubuntu 14.04. But I just tried, and it worked... I don't get it, I tried it a million times last friday. Sorry, my bad.
