How about providing some Icon-Sets for additional installation :)

Yes it's possile to create "own" images. but they'll look not "quite" the same, as they aren't done by the same "creator" or "flow" if you like.

 

So it would be great to build up a licence-free library for such icon-packages for yED (not everyone is a gifted vector-designer) :)

Go to iconfinder.com or similar website. There are plenty of them with free or royalty-free icons :)
