I can't set the language of menu bar.

I've just installed yED 3.16.1.

My PC runs 64 bit Windows 10.

All menu items are printed in unreconizable special characters.  

All others (Windows titles and contents)  are normally readable in English.

Can I fix some configuration to use English in menus?
