Moving of child nodes together with a parent

Question 1

I think it would be great if there was a way to just move a parent node with its children by pressing a key like ALT when dragging the parent node.

Question 2

When dragging the parent node, all the child nodes are already moved as well. Do you actually mean you want to move the parent and all its children when dragging one of the children?

Question 3

I think what he means (at least is what I was hoping to find an answer for) is that if you select and move a node, any child node moves with it when pressing ALT (versus that node moving alone).
Currently you need to select the whole group and so if you want to re-organize groups this would be really helpful

Question 4

I think I am misunderstanding what you deem a "child node". Can you post a screenshot that shows a selected node and illustrates which other nodes should be moved together with the selected node?
