Is possible to use the same group in different parts of the diagram?
And in diagrams different?
The application is very, very, very good , but it would be very interesting this option.

Well, using the URL property of a node, you can specify a path to another GraphML file. If you select a node "linked" to a GraphML file and press F8, the linked file is opened in yEd. No other re-use of diagrams (or diagram elements) is possible.  (So, no, it is not possible to use the same group in different parts of the diagram.)
