How do I make/customize arrow types?

Question

I want to make UML arrows with color codes, like in the illustration below.

I can find properties to change the Line Color, which also changes the solid-diamond to the same color.  But How can I color the hollow part of the diamond?

The inside of the diamond cannot be colored separately.
