yEd does not allow editing of object labels

This is on Win7 32bit Toshiba Portege M400 laptop.

When I create a flow chart with different objects, I cannot add labels to the objects.  I tried importing existing flow charts from another machine but I cannot edit any of the existing labels either.  I can go into the text editor and change the label text but as soon as I click OK, none of the changes take effect.  This happens on both new and existing objects.

edit:  I found that the only way that I can edit object text is to use F2.  Using the properties tab, double clicking on an object or changing the object's text any other way does not work.

Try removing yEd's profile directory (see Information About the yEd Profile Directory). Lately, yEd seems to suffer from strange broken profiles. Unfortunately, we have not yet been able to determine how to fix these problems.

I deledted the profile directory twice and it still did not fix the problem.

I guess I'm stuck with using F2 to edit the labels.
