How do you compute Centrality Measures ?

Question

Hello, I've been experimenting with yEd and I like the results I see.

Now I need to implement Centrality Measures in my own program to move further,

and I want it to have similar values, which algorithm did you use ?

Could you please point me a direction at least ?

Our implementation follows the definitions and implementation notes decribed in this book: Network Analysis

Both the book algorithms and our implementations are also almost the same as  the ones in the visone application described here.

Non if these sources contain detailed pseudo-code, if I remember correctly, but you might find that in some of the mentioned references.
