Can I assign a custom icon based on node values?

I am building an org chart and would like to show a custom icon based on the job function of each person node. One for developer one for QE etc. I can set an icon property for the node itself but can i create a property mapper to make this data driven?

Try a mapping with "Template" set to "Multiple". It does not let you set label icons, but it does let you choose the complete node style. So if you create several distinct styles with the proper icons in user defined palette section, you may assign your custom styles to nodes depending on property values.
