How do you import GEDCOM into yed?

First time user and I cannot find how to import GEDCOM. I am running version 3.14 and can only see Export option in the File menu.
in Help by

"File" -> "Open", then choose "GEDCOM Genealogical Data (*.ged)" for "Files of Type".
