Organic (Radial) Layout based on Center Node

Question

Is it possible to generate a Radial Layout based on a selected Center node?

For example: 

1. http://graphexploration.cond.org/look.html#applets
2. An applet with the interpreter
3. Wait for it to load....( you'll have to give permissions for applet to load)
4. In the Interpreter at the bottom, type: radialLauyout(v178)
5. System generates a Radial Layout centered on node v178.
   1. You could center(v178) to get a better look
   2. Try centering on a Neighbour with radialLauyout(v357)
