That depends. It is possible to change the properties of any predefined edge with the Properties View and store it in the Palette as new template. For example, you can add a thick red bezier edge. Please see the articles about the Properties View and the Palette in the yEd manual for details.
It is not possible to import a completely different line style, for example a template image for lines.
