Latest yEd on Mac not showing any editor panes

Running yEd 3.25.1 on my MacBook Pro (M1 Pro) with macOS Tahoe 26.2

No panes are shown in yEd - they're just blank. Did uninstall and reinstall, but to no avail.

We have received similar reports for macOS Sequoia as well, please see Total white screen on macos Sequoia with ARM cpu.

The thread has answers with possible remedies (deleting the yEd profile directory seems to be the most promising one).
