How to create specific node?

Is it possible to create the kind of nodes like in the picture?
I can't do it myself, using predefined nodes.

Well, you can create an SVG document that looks like your example and use that as a node.

If you can live without rounded corners, yEd's BPMN pool node provides a way to show a colored ribbon on the node's left side.
