Edges rendering on top of nodes in exported svg

When working with yfiles in an Angular app, the edges of the graph correctly render behind the nodes (first image), but in the exported svg they are rendered on top causing the images to be blocked (second image).

I have the HierarchicNestingPolicy for the graph set to GROUP_NODES
