Add Confirm Window for command "Delete All" in Palette's menu

There's a confirm window for "Adopt from Document", but there's no confirm window for command "Delete All".

The Delete All is very easily to press if right button is clicked accidentally.

Could you consider add more confirm windows for where is the same type, please?  Thank you.
