I am not able to center the label of my nodes. My setting of label placement is Internal: Centered.

If your labels have multiple lines of text, you probably need to set your labels' "Alignment" property to "Center" in addition to using "Internal: Center".

The answer to Label alignment not working does contain a couple of examples that show the different effects of "Placement" and "Alignment".
