Thumbnail previews for GraphML files in Windows Explorer

Is there a way to create thumbnail previews for the *.graphml files in Windows. If not, how can this be addd as a feature request?

It is necessary to create a Thumbnail Handler for *.graphml files, and then register it in Windows Explorer.
