is it possible to draw graph in yed by importing the pivot table generated in excel?

Import of Excel Files is explained in the yEd manual. Additionally, there are already several questions with answers regarding this topic. Please use the forum search.

The manual page you linked explains that the feature is available, but does not demonstrate how to access this feature from yED.

Use "File" -> "Open" and choose an appropriate "Files of Type" option to import Excel files.

I suggest reading through all of the yEd Manual to learn about yEd's basic features. E.g. opening files is mentioned in chapter yEd Menu Bar.
