thanks for the help!

Can you help me in arranging the nodes.i.e four nodes in one row & then in second row four nodes
related to an answer for: properties mapper

Unfortunately, yEd does not offer a layout algorithm that will arrange nodes in a user defined grid.

You could try setting up a table node with rows only, placing the desired number of nodes in each row, and run one of the "Swimlane" layout algorithms.
