Use name of document

How can I insert the name of current document (without extension) to the label of an element?

If you are asking, if yEd can do that automatically, then the answer is unfortunately "no, there is no such feature in yEd".

Of course, there is nothing keeping you from manually adding a label whose text is the filename of the current document.
