I made an import using an excel spreadsheet from my adjacendia array, it ran. Now I need to import from the worksheet the x and y coordinates of each node, how do I do this?

Add one column for x-values and one column for y-values to your spreadsheet. Include these columns in the Node List data range. The Excel import will create custom node properties for the aforementioned two columns. After Excel import has finished, use yEd's properties mapper to map the custom properties values to the X and Y properties of nodes.
