I would love to have the ability to drop the end of an edge onto another edge and have it automatically create some type of connector at that point. Maybe it could split the line, or be implemented as a % of line node connector.
Regardless of how it's done, this is the only feature that I really find lacking in yEd for charts that I need to work on.
