OTF format fonts not showing up in font list

Question

I am trying to use the OTF font family Latin Modern and Latin Modern Math (available here), which come in OTF format. After installing the fonts, however, they do not appear in the yEd list.

They do show up in other programs (word, etc) so they are installed correctly.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for responding. I saw that thread, but it seemed to be specific to Myriad Pro. Is this the general solution for all OTF fonts?
