No, there is no way to connect an edge to an edge. However, If you examine your diagram, you can see that you really have an edge from A to C and an edge from B to C. Both edges have arrows at the target node C. If you draw it this way with two edges, and adjust the bend points of the A-C edge to match the B-C edge, the target arrows of both edges will align and it will appear as in your diagram.
