Links in PDF export

Is it possible to include the link (URL) when exporting to a PDF file?

Not direct, but here is the workflow:

yEd - export as .svg --> open this file with Inkscape and  --> "save as"  in the own INKSCAPE-svg - format --> open this file with LibreOffice Draw  --> unfortunately, you have to link the text --> then export as pdf --> and the links work

This is not a good solution at all. Firstly, it forces us to use three different software. Secondly, if there are multiple URLs, all of them have to be added manually.

Terrible!

URLs should be natively exported.
To be fair, you asked if it was possible, not whether it was easy!
