Simulink-like block diagrams with inputs and outputs?

Question

I need to plot a block diagram which basically looks like a Simulink diagram. Each block needs to have multiple inputs and outputs which must be named individually. Input of one block shall be connected to the output of another block.

Is this possible using yEd? I don't see how to get the multiple inputs and outputs.

You need to get creative with labels to simulate inputs and outputs.
