PC word crashes with yEd graph

Hello,

I have an issue to open the docx file on my PC with figures created in yEd.

I created the file on Mac and it works perfectly fine, but when I try to open it on PC, the word crashes.

The analysis of the error showed that it is due to yEd figures.

Can anyone help to solve this issue?

How did you determine that the crash is due to the yEd figures?

Since you embedded the figures in a Word document, I am assuming you exported your diagrams in yEd to an image format and then imported the image files into the Word document. What image format did you use? How big are your images (i.e. what is the width and height in pixel and what is the file size in bytes)?
