Cursor didn't change, when trying to change wisth of columns

Good morning,

I didn't find similar prolblem, so sorry if this one was already answers in another thread.

When I'll want to change the width of the columns I've to guess when the the cursor is on the right position, because the cursor didn't change his look. If you try the same thing in other programs (like windows folder) it works fine.

Do you have any idea how to solve this?
