How to align the graph to NOT occlude group labels?

When I try to use the layout menu, the generated layout always occlude the group label. (See attached)

Is there a way to avoid this?

Can you please share your file, it has very nice layout - I was thinking how to achieve that?

For BPMN style group nodes, you need to manually enlarge the bottom inset to encompass your label. To do that select the group node, then increase the bottom inset in the properties table in yEd's lower right corner

to 35 or so.
