Can I change default properties of edges to say pale grey, dotted line, grey colour?

+1 vote
Hello

I need to substantially change the style of the default lines (i.e. "edges")  that connect shapes.

e.g. Is it possible to change the style of the default edges to say a dotted line line without arrow heads?

Failing that, is it possible to "paint" one edge's style onto another edge?

Many thanks

J

EDIT: Wait, "Current Elements" on the palette on the left of screen seems to more or less do this. It would be preferrable change that actual default and/or be able to paste properties though...

  1. Create an edge in the editor.
  2. Adjust the edge's properties to match the desired default visualization.
  3. Create a user-defined palette section.
  4. Right-click the previously prepared edge to open its context menu and choose "Add to Palette".
  5. In the palette, double-click the edge template that represents your desired default style.

That's it.
