What software can help me convert *.dia files to *.grapml

And is it true - yed can import *.grapml

Hello , I suggest you to export your .dia as a .SVG and then try to import in Yed.

I don't know if it's working, but I'm also using DIA to draw Tolpology Network, and I try  to do the same with Yed from the beginning.

 

Yed seems to be a good tool.
