If you need a title for printing only, then specfiy the desired title in option "Text" on tab "Title" of the "Printing Options".
If you need the title all the time, add an isolated node to your diagram, set its label text to the desired title, and finally change the new node's "Fill Color", "Fill Color 2", and "Line Color" to value "No Color".
