eps labels to use with psfrag

0 votes

Hallo yEd-Team,

I create a graphic in yEd and want to add some labels in TeX. This is possible with the psfrag package, which is used here http://www.latex-community.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=9668&start=12 for Matlab outputs.

yEd can also export its graphics as eps, but the I cannot lokate my labels (some Text in the knots) to use with psfrag.

How can I create an eps-file to use with psfrag?

Thanks for your help!

Best regards

Dirk

Sorry, I don't think that's possible. EPS files are created by a third-party library which doesn't support much customization.

Try switching the "Text Rendering Policy" from "Vectorized Text" to "Plain Text" (EPS Export settings, tab "EPS").

I even tried this. When you edit the .eps-file with a texteditor, you won´t find any texts.
