Well, seems like your GraphML file got corrupted. However, this does not look like a typical yEd error message. So, what exactly did you do to trigger this problem?

we designed the graph by using y ed editor and that too its an example graph...
while we imported the file to yii simple workflow generator triggered the error..

Well, according to the short tutorial video I found on the Yii site, Yii supports importing *.graphml files while you are trying to import a *.graphmlz file.

That said, please ask future Yii questions in the Yii forum.
