Lock lines on UML sequence diagrams

I want to draw sequence diagrams.

I connect two lanes like on the image below:

 

Then I want to resize one lane:

 

My issue is that when I resize the lane, the line is not straight anymore.

Is it possible to lock the line, so that it stays straight?

There is no such support, I'm afraid. The end point of the line moves as you resize the lane so that it always has the same distance to the center of the lane.
