Is it possible to connect the flowchart shapes easily as I do in Visio?

I find it difficult to connect various shapes while preparing cross-functional chart.

Can you please explain what exactly you find difficult? Personally, I think dragging the mouse from one shape to another shape is a very easy way to connect shapes.
