I'm using yEd to structure content. I'd like to associate resources from the web with nodes and edges. yEd supports this nicely by offering the URL property on all edges and nodes. Exporting the graph to HTML gives an excellent way to browse the graph and its resources with a browser. The only thing I could not find was a keyboard shortcut for inserting links (Ctrl+K is used by Google Docs and Google Sheets), something that would speed up my workflow significantly.
