Can you add a spell check tool

Would it be possible to add a spell checker as a tool? Preferrably with many languages, maybe all languages installed for MS Word or OpenOffice.

Being dyslexic, I think in picture / diagram ways. If I am to share my work with others, a spelling checker is a must for any long term serious usage.
