yED installation problem on 64-bit win 7

0 votes

Hi,

I'm trying to install yED (yEd-3.14.2_with-JRE_64-bit_setup) on 64-bit win 7 and I receive  message:

"Could not use bundled JRE. Please send this log file to your software vendor:

Log: C:\users\Krzysztof\AppData\Local\Temp\i4j_nlog_8"

Below is a little frament of i4j_nlog_8 file:

"Trying c:\users\krzysz~1\appdata\local\temp\e4j1b9b.tmp_dir1432390457\jre\bin\server\jvm.dll (exists 1)
Failed with error code 5
Trying c:\users\krzysz~1\appdata\local\temp\e4j1b9b.tmp_dir1432390457\jre\bin\classic\jvm.dll (exists 0)"

It seems like after unpacking JRE something is wrong.

After clicking OK installation is ending.

Could someone help me with this ?

Seems like the installer got corrupted somehow. Please try downloading the installer once again. The installer has to be 61146912 bytes in size and its MD5 checksum has to be "e2c32f722af5e04c2b1b83cee62207d9" (without the quotes).
