Is there a way to change the default colors on the color palate?

I don't care for colors in the default 8x5 color palate, and I don't want to maually enter hex code values every time I start a new graph. I have about 5-10 colors (and hex values) I like; is there a way to add these to the default palate? or edit hex code values away from the defaults?
