Additionally, please tell us which version of yEd you are using, which version of Java your yEd is running on, and which operating sytem you are using.

Thank you for uploading the problematic file. However, that was file not created by yEd! It uses undefined external entities and has characters that are not UTF-8 encoded. (In short, it is not a valid GraphML file and thus cannot be opened.) How did you create this file?
