Is there an addon to include mathematics functions?

Basically I want to try and lay out my system and then sum the values that exist at each block. Like i have a component with 20 subcomponents each are 5-10$, and I want the sum to appear at the central node. Is this possible?

No, this is not possible in yEd. Data processing is not yEd's strong suit. Use a spreadsheet application to process your data, then import the pre-processed data into yEd. (See section Alternative Graph Formats in the yEd Manual.)
