how to increase node font/text size in a network

Hello,

I made a Protein and protein network, but text or label size of the node protein was very small.

Is there any way to increase it?

When you select a node/edge/label, there is a "Font Size" property available in the properties view in yEd's lower right corner. Alternatively, you can use HTML formatting for your label text.
