Flowchart error with Group node

Question

I get a 'Graph contains group nodes with zero width/height' error when I try to layout a graph as a Flowchart. The graph has only one group node with 4 sub-nodes but the width/height is certainly greater than zero.  The grpah works fine as hierarchical or BPMN, but not flowchart.  I am trying to represent a processing sequence of various spreadsheets, database tables and associated processing tools.

Any ideas of my problem?

That is an unfortunate bug in the new Flowchart layout algorithm. Basically, it currently does not work with group nodes at all.

The problem is fixed as of yEd 3.9.1.
