Target Arrow 1 to "0 or 1 or many"

I cannot find the target arror which represents for O--|--<- means 0 or 1 or many

As far as I know, it is either "0 or 1" or "0 or more" (think about it, "0 or 1 or many" is really no different from "0 or more") and both of these are supported.
