UI doesn't work

The UI is really slow and a lot of artifacts.

Windows leaves trails when dragging the view.

Menus and most other things only updates when you move the cursor over them.

Panning is extremely slow and doesn't even respond to very slow pannings.

 

Tried both ther version with and without the included JRE. As it is now I can't work with it. I am running Win 7 pro.

Try removing drop shadows? Had the same problem until another user posted that removing shadows seems to resolve the issue.
