convert yed to eps occurs blank

i have finished a graph,but when i convert the graph into eps. i find there exists large blank. when i delete the shadow in my graph, the export is normal. I don't konw why.

Would it be possible for you to upload an example GraphML file (please remove all confidential information prior to uploading) and the corresponding EPS file? Otherwise it is hard to determine what is going wrong.
