Is there an easy way to create a Network switch port Layout diagram?

Need to show which ports on a 24 port switch are connected to what.

This sort of diagram is very easy to create with yEd.  It's even easier if you want it as a schematic instead of a pictorial representation.  Just create a single port, duplicate it into a block of (6) ports, then group the block.  Copy the block as many (4) times as you need.  Add the uplink port and some blinking LEDs, then group all of this to make a switch.  Were you looking for something more specific or complex than this?  Here's the switch-example.graphml file.
