Static connections at arragement

I would be great if arregements between objects would be static if the program automaticly resize because of new element or resize an inner element (which is great!). I mean, if you arrege a group at the border of an other group and group 1 is resizing (getting bigger) it will now overlap the other group but it would be great if it would push the other group to keep the arregement between these 2 groups.
